Petham School Visit to Kent Mountain CentreJune 2006
Diary19 June. All children are absolutely fine - no tears!
Loved mountain climbing - Tryfan - 915m. Lousy weather. "This is the best year 6 outing ever." - Robyn. 22 June. Eaten alive by midges. Weather improving. The
instructors are great fun. Everyone has been very positive and Mrs Waters has been
impressed with the kindness and helpfulness they have shown to each
other. Weather has been foul, lots of rain.She is very stiff from the
uphill treks. Below are some of Mrs Waters' photographs, taken when
she
accompanied either Year 5 or Year 6 on their expeditions. If you have
